  1.  That’s Chic -  Rachel has an inimitable and eclectic sense of style with her California cool girl vibe. Her wardrobe consists of fun pieces like a  “surfing elephants” blouse, a lace cape, a poofy white crinoline skirt, and a vast array of dresses. This is one of those blogs where readers will admire and wish they had Rachel’s fearless fashion sense.
  2. Karla’s Closet – Karla is one of the fashion blog bigwigs. She constantly takes style risks with her outfit by wearing crop tops, harem pants, and other wacky items that look effortlessly chic on her. It’s fun to look back through old posts see how her style has evolved over the past two years she’s been blogging. I think her biggest change is her hair – she went from shoulder length  hair with blunt bangs  to a short cropped cut that looks fierce in a Karla-esque way.
  3. Lions, Tigers, and Fashion, Oh My! – Kelly is a thrifty fashionista who styles her outfits to make them look like a million bucks.  She is a quirky girl who is way ahead of the trends. Case in point:  she attaches animal tails from Native American stores to her bags, which I just saw in the MinkPink lookbook. A definite must read, especially for her DIY fashion posts.
  4. Orchid Grey: One of my new favorite fashion blogs!  Julie’s style is not the typical Northeast style, and her wardrobe mainly consists of thrifted and vintage goodies, giving her a cool and retro vibe. She always manages to look ethereal and otherworldly in every photo, with her bohemian blond hair, her septum piercing, and countless thrifted dresses.
  5. Aureta – Aureta is an amazingly beautiful New Yorker whose style is a throwback to the classy ladylike styles of Christian Dior’s New Look era. Every piece in her wardrobe is covetable, from her couture gowns and jackets to her deletctable shoe porn. Her blog will leave readers wishing for a day in her closet.
