I have read and agree to the Fashion Week Terms noted below.

Fashion Week Terms:  Only one entry per designer or boutique.  By entering, you may receive email newsletters from Couture Fashion Magazine which you can opt of at any time.  All designers and boutique show places are $250 per show.  Designers and boutiques are required to make a $250 non-refundable deposit no later than July 15, 2010 to secure their spot in Fashion Week Nashville.  Fashion Week Nashville will review applications and submit acceptance or non acceptance letters to the applicants.

Once an applicant has received an acceptance letter, it is first come, first serve as to what showtime they would like.  The $250 non-refundable deposit fee secures their show time and show date.  Designers and boutiques are responsible for providing the models, apparel, accessories, playlist (if they wish to have one), band (if they would prefer to have a band), hair & makeup, dressing crew, check in crew, and sending out invitations to their show.  Couture Fashion Magazine will provide the venue, seating, lighting, and sound (to a point), but it is up to each designer/boutique to be in charge of his/her guest list and checking guests in, adding to the runway, providing VIP bags, if they wish, etc;

In addition, Couture Fashion Magazine reserves the right to sell up to 200 tickets to each show and keep the proceeds from those shows.
